What does it cost to get clients?
Clients who message you first are always free. When you reach out with a spot and the client replies, you unlock that chat once: $15 on Pro, included on Team. On the free plan your first 2 unlocks are free, then $25 each.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay by card through Spotter, and payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your bank. Spotter's fee is 5% on sessions with clients you bring and 10% on clients you meet on Spotter (Pro plan). Your clients never pay to use Spotter.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It costs nothing and doesn't need a card. You can respond to client requests and reach out with spots, but your profile isn't listed in client search until you're on Pro or Team.
What happens when the founding period ends?
Paid plans are free until February 1, 2027. After that you pay your founding rate, 50% off for life, and we'll remind you before the first charge. Cancel before February 1, 2027 and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel from your billing page whenever you like.
Can I bring my current clients?
Yes. On Pro and Team you can import a spreadsheet of up to 500 clients and invite them when you're ready. Need a hand? Email support@spotter-us.com and we'll help you move over.
